Responsibilities
- Tasks include changing air filters, adjusting drive belts, lube grease fittings and related drive mechanisms, and coil cleaning.
- Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of cottage heat pumps and furnaces.
- Performs general maintenance tasks on the following systems; laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.
- Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.
- Utilize maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency, required.
- Valid Drivers License, required.
- Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance, required.
