About the role
- Urban Infraconstruction is seeking a Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of assigned construction projects.
- Supervise foremen, operators, laborers, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
- Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily field operations from project start through completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and production to maintain project efficiency.
- Support project closeout activities and ensure work is completed according to contract requirements.
- This position will lead field crews, subcontractors, and vendors while coordinating closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of construction field experience, preferably in heavy civil.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, equipment, and multiple field activities.
