About the role
- We are seeking a collaborative, visionary, and results-driven Principal Consultant to strengthen our Financial Services consulting team.
- This is a leadership role that fuses deep Data, Analytics and GenAI expertise with financial domain knowledge to solve the industry's most complex challenges.
- Consult with new ideas in analytics solutions in predictive analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning
Responsibilities
- Drive the thought partnership and execution of our financial services strategy through the application of advanced AI and GenAI
- Build, develop & maintain client relationships with key Banking and Financial Services clients
- Lead multiple engagements, client meetings, facilitate delivery in Analytics projects
- Lead and adhere to project management timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs & risk management
- Manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
- Develop and own executive-ready collateral to support business development and thought leadership
Requirements

Nice to have
- 12 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's / master's degree in engineering, Business, Economics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Strong experience in the insurance industry.
- Experience with analytics and AI is considered a plus.
- Possess strong analytical/logical thinking skills and clarity of thought.
- Strong experience in marketing analytics and working with banking and financial clients.
- Ability to communicate clearly and present to senior leadership/executives.
- Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action.
- Leverage communication to inspire others.
Compensation
- The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
- A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $132,000 to $173,000.
