Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements through stakeholder collaboration (user stories, process flows, use cases)
- Partner with the Product Owner and product team to prioritize requirements and support backlog management, including writing clear acceptance criteria and defining success measures
- Support solution design, testing, implementation, and user adoption activities
- Use data, insights, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement and business value

- As a Business Analyst supporting our D365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) platform, you will gather and translate business requirements, analyze workflows, and support solution design and implementation that improve business processes and efficiency.
- You will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, digital solutions, or a related role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience working in Agile environments such as Scrum or Kanban
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SharePoint, Azure DevOps/Jira, and Power BI
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and creating user stories
