- We're seeking a Plant Operator to join our Lloydminster Thermal Operations team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct field rounds, inspections, and data collection to support operational decisions
- Maintain stable plant operations while meeting production and steam delivery targets
- Troubleshoot upset conditions and take corrective action to minimize downtime and optimize performance
- Report deficiencies, maintain accurate logbooks and support MOC and work orders processes.
- Lead or support during emergencies, maintenance, and ERP drills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related industry experience in Oil and Gas (SAGD or CSS).

- Minimum Third-Class Power Engineering (TSASK) Certification. Progress toward a Second-Class is considered an asset.
- Commitment to safety leadership and participation in HSE programs
- Hands-on knowledge with Once Through Steam Generator's (OTSGs), water/oil treating and thermal oil wells.
- Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
- Being proactive with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in dynamic operating conditions
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs.
