About the role

  • We have an opportunity for a Mogul Operator I to join our team.
  • In this role, you will efficiently run and coordinate the daily operation of the Mogul machine according to the production schedule.
  • This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently while supporting team success.

Responsibilities

  • You will perform minor troubleshooting, ensure product uniformity, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain product uniformity in starch trays and prevent starch buildup on the mold board.
  • Record overconsumption of raw materials and maintain accurate daily Mogul reports.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and product quality deviations to the Production Supervisor or Lead promptly.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Requirements

  • At least 1 month of manufacturing experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 1000 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, use hands for handling, reach with arms, climb or balance, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Participate in required training and perform other assigned duties.
