Responsibilities
- Manage afternoon school pick-ups and support smooth, structured transitions from school to home
- Support emotional regulation using calm, proactive, and consistent strategies - particularly for the oldest child
- Anticipate and manage transitions throughout the afternoon to reduce overwhelm and support predictability

Requirements
- 3 to 5 or more years of childcare experience, with a minimum of 1 year of professional nanny experience
- The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting children with autism, sensory processing needs, or special needs.
- If no experience, someone willing to engage in professional development that the family will assist with facilitating.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Compensation
- $30-$35 per hour based on experience and qualifications (W-2 employment)
- 40 guaranteed hours per week - your pay is protected from day one
- Annual performance-based bonus
