About the role
- You will ensure the dispensary achieves or exceeds all key metrics and goals across all aspects of the dispensary including customer acquisition and loyalty, merchandising, operations, and talent development.
- This role will serve as the link between t he Company brand vision of providing access to consistent high-quality cannabis and cannabis knowledge and the operations of the store.

Responsibilities

Skills
- Conduct at least monthly 1:1 quality conversations with each assistant manager and quarterly 1:1s with each store employee.

- Skills in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, decision making and complex problem solving.
