This role is responsible for elevating the standard of work across the agency-ensuring that every idea is strategically grounded, culturally relevant, and executed with excellence.

Lead the development of breakthrough, integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, print, experiential, and emerging platforms.
Ensure all creative work aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable business impact.
Set and maintain a high bar for concept, craft, and execution.
Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop copywriters, designers, art directors, and other creative talent.
Build a culture of curiosity, accountability, and no-B.S. collaboration.
Client Partnership Serve as senior creative lead in client relationships.
Strategic Collaboration Partner closely with Strategy, Media, Social, PR, and Account teams to ensure creative is integrated and effective.
Thought Leadership Stay ahead of cultural, media, and design trends.
You will lead and inspire the creative team, shape big ideas across integrated campaigns, and serve as a trusted creative partner to clients and agency leadership.

The Creative Director sets the creative vision for Idea Peddler and the brands we partner with.
