About the role
- Working within the framework of hospital guidelines, protocols, and the unit's care delivery approach, the CCA executes tasks under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, ensuring patients' well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities
- Documents care and changes in patient condition following hospital policy, using Core Care Summary and Progress Notes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in working collaboratively as a team member within an interprofessional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with tracheostomy and patients on ventilators (preferred)
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a courteous approach towards the public.
- Fundamental computer skills in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word), Internet usage, and Outlook.
