Responsibilities
- A Certificate or Diploma in Building Operations, or a 3rd or 4th Class Stationary Engineer Certificate (TSSA), or a recognized licensed trade certification (HVAC, Plumbing, Millwright, Electrician).
- Ability to perform duties in a professional and courteous manner and produce high quality work while meeting deadlines in accordance to UHN standards
- Ability to work on his own / multi tasking and exercise initiative and good judgement.
