  • As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day financial records for a diverse portfolio of business clients, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with multiple clients, building trusted relationships, and providing high-quality financial support that helps businesses thrive.
  • What do we need you to do?
  • Maintain accurate general ledger accounts for multiple clients
  • Record and categorize financial transactions in accounting software
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  • Prepare and post journal entries as needed
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports
