About the role

  • We work with over 5,000 teams around the world, empowering coaches, managers and trainers in premier teams in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS, EPL, AFL, NRL, NCAA and more.
  • Based in Boston, you'll play a key role in supporting our North American operations by managing customer invoicing and cash application with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Your work will help ensure seamless financial processes across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer tax records through Avalara to ensure tax compliance across invoices and credit memos.
  • Support the collections team in securing full and timely payments in accordance with invoice terms
  • Maintain accurate records of delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risk profiles
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform tasks with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer information

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar Accounts Receivable role, with an understanding of core responsibilities

Nice to have

  • Experience with NetSuite or another large ERP system is a plus

Compensation

  • The target Total Compensation range for this position is $35,191 - $70,383 per year.
  • This range is inclusive of base salary and a target incentive plan (which may include equity, commission, or other bonus structures).
  • Your specific compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as your geographic location, relevant experience, and job-related skills.
