About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers, driving accountability, performance, and career growth.
  • Hire, onboard, mentor, and support team members through all stages of development.
  • Manage team capacity, balancing priorities while removing obstacles to execution.
  • Drive Product Strategy and Execution Translate organizational product strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and team goals.
  • Own a broad product area and ensure initiatives align with business objectives and client needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Lead discovery efforts, define requirements, and shepherd initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Build the Product Function Help establish and mature product management as a core capability at LLF.
  • Partner with product leadership to evolve the organization's long-term product strategy and ways of working.
  • Whether you work in Legal, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Operations, or another team, your contributions help create life-changing outcomes for the families we serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field-or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5-7 years of Product Management experience with ownership of software, technology, or internal-facing products.
  • 2-4 years of direct people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
  • Experience with product management tools, road mapping platforms, backlog management, documentation, and collaboration software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Legal Tech, law firms, or legal services organizations.
  • Familiarity working alongside a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in complex, rapidly evolving environments.
