About the role
- Provide strategy for IT/OT Asset Health Check.
- Business Engagement and Communication - Provide communication of Factory OT/IT infrastructure solutions and services to Quality, Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Mars MGS teams. - Liaise with the OT Security Team.
Responsibilities
- Deploy remediation solutions to mitigate current Risk & maintain Cybersecurity standard
- Responsible for issue resolution, and continuous improvement for Factory IT infrastructure and solutions with the relevant internal/external partners.
- Raise tickets utilizing the global system to have KPI and dashboarding of his/her actions providing teams an overall status of all global support activities at the site level.
- Support's site MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
- Manage external contractors for Factory OT/IT tasks, follow all the induction processes and supervise their work in the site respecting the Safety standard.
- Drives Compliance and Regulatory (Food Safety and other industry-specific regulations).
- Prepares OT/IT infrastructure masterplan, assures availability of critical spare parts and manage obsolescence.
