Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain laboratory supplies and notify appropriate staff when inventory is low.
- Assist with quality control procedures and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming, respectful, and compassionate experience for every patient.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program preferred.
- Current phlebotomy certification preferred (ASCP, NHA, NCCT, or equivalent).
- Previous phlebotomy experience in a physician clinic or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer applications.

- This position plays an important role in supporting our providers and delivering timely, accurate laboratory services.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review patient charts and provider orders to ensure laboratory testing is accurate and complete.
- Verify patient identification and follow established specimen collection protocols.
