As Remitly scales its global disbursement network.
This will be a hybrid role based in Seattle.

You will define the strategy, surface the product opportunities, and design creative resolution mechanisms that shape how losses are managed as we grow. You will report directly to Senior Manager-Program management.

Own the company level goal for delivering dollar savings and reducing the transaction cost, tracking performance periodically and surfacing improvement opportunities.
Be data-driven in opportunity sizing and prioritization - using data to define loss use cases, risk-rate them, and partner with Analytics to improve the loss model.
Use AI to build scalable preventive solutions - driving automation across investigation and recovery workflows and using AI/LLM tooling to reduce manual efforts and overcome manual limitations.
Coordinate cross functional projects. Define prioritization, drive results and track progress.

7+ years of program or technical program management experience in FinTech, payments, money movement, or risk/loss operations.

Oversee high risk programs end to end - taking proactive ownership of strategic execution, and outcomes rather than waiting for direction.
