Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, mechanical, and functional testing on transformers and related components.
- Record and maintain accurate test data, reports, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause investigations.
- Calibrate, maintain, and verify testing equipment to ensure reliable results.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and test processes.
- Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Your background Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- 1-2 years of experience in testing, quality control, or a manufacturing environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
