Position Location: This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ US Headquarters site.

Support assessments of end‑to‑end North America processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Support simple, fit‑for‑purpose governance routines (e.g., calendars, dashboards, templates, action logs) to strengthen clarity and execution discipline.
Track initiative progress, risks, and follow‑ups to drive accountability and ensure closure of action items.
Develop and maintain performance tracking tools, scorecards, and reports to measure operational excellence outcomes.
Prepare clear, concise, executive‑ready materials to support decision‑making in governance and leadership forums.
Support high‑priority, cross‑functional projects aligned with company strategy and goals - including cost optimization, digital enablement, data transparency, and growth acceleration - by providing analysis, coordination, and execution support.
The Manager, Operational Excellence supports the Head of Operational Excellence in strengthening operational discipline, simplifying processes, and improving execution across the North America region.
This role delivers analytical, project management, and governance support to enhance decision‑making quality, cross‑functional alignment, and execution speed.
Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
3-6 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, business analysis, consulting, PMO, or similar roles.
Experience supporting cross‑functional transformation, PMO, or change‑management activities.
Experience conducting process mapping, root‑cause analysis, and structured problem‑solving using data‑driven approaches.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, executive‑ready communication for leadership forums.
Experience with digital workflow, process‑mapping, or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Signavio, Smartsheet, Visio, Miro, BPMN).
