About the role

Intelligent software orchestrates advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system - reinventing warehouse automation for increased efficiency, speed and flexibility.
You will help the team sharpen workflows, strategy, and measurable release criteria, such as broader automated coverage, shorter feedback loops, and clearer evidence for ship decisions.
We reproduce real-world conditions, detect defects across system layers, and enhance quality of cross-team deliverables.

Responsibilities

Lead test planning, scope, risk assessment, and results reporting.
Design and execute testing for integration, functional workflows, and regression.
Validate contracts, data flow, and system behavior under load for latency and resiliency.
Partner with engineering, automation, and product teams to own release quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Hands-on experience with integration and functional testing in distributed systems.
Proficiency with testing and debugging APIs, messaging, or asynchronous architecture.

Nice to have

Familiarity with test automation frameworks (tool-agnostic) and CI integration.
Experience with playbooks and microservices (e.g., Linux, Ansible, Kubernetes, etc.).
Knowledge of data processing and persistence (e.g., Kafka, SQL, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Background in m entoring or driving process and test best practices across teams.
Up to 10% of travel may be required.
The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.

Compensation

The base range for this position in the posted location is $125,000.00 - $171,600.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
