About the role

The role will resolve most ER issues, including those that involved any level of management, and require interviews to be conducted
Expected to recommend changes to company policy, procedures, and forms to be compliant with new labor laws.
Expected to consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach

Sr. HR Business Partners will act as a key contributor to the implementation of HR projects
Expected to recommend changes to company policy, procedures, and forms to be compliant with new labor laws. Lead corporate communication efforts on these changes
Sr. HR Business Partners will Establish and maintain influential relationships by being a strategic partners with management and an advocate for employees

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to assess unusual circumstances and uses sophisticated analytical and problem-solving techniques to identify the cause
Ability to resolve and assess a wide range of issues in creative ways and suggest variations in approach
Ability to devise solutions based on limited information and precedent and adapts existing approaches to resolve issues
Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
Ability to enhance relationships and networks with senior internal/external partners who are not familiar with the subject matter often requires persuasion
