About the role

  • The Finance Development Program (FDP) provides an accelerated training program for college graduates who wish to pursue a career in Finance with exposure to various roles within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
  • They will also be assigned a dedicated mentor to help navigate their career journey.
  • The experience will help participants gain holistic knowledge to carry forward into role placement at the end of the three-year program.

Responsibilities

  • Performs analyses and reporting for assigned financial area
  • Performs business partnering, analytics, monthly forecasting, period close activities, and/or financial modeling

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future and must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Proficiency in various MS Office, financial, and web-based applications and tools
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Ability to effectively work across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve and challenges

Compensation

  • Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000
  • The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
  • An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
