About the role

The Finance Development Program (FDP) provides an accelerated training program for college graduates who wish to pursue a career in Finance with exposure to various roles within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization.
They will also be assigned a dedicated mentor to help navigate their career journey.
The experience will help participants gain holistic knowledge to carry forward into role placement at the end of the three-year program.

Performs analyses and reporting for assigned financial area
Performs business partnering, analytics, monthly forecasting, period close activities, and/or financial modeling

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future and must be authorized to work in the United States
Proficiency in various MS Office, financial, and web-based applications and tools
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Ability to effectively work across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve and challenges

Pay Range:$59,000-$79,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position.
An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
