About the role

- Description of Position This is a newly created Vice President role within the Operations team, responsible for the day-to-day management and reporting of employee co-investment interests across TPG funds.
- This position is a blend of specialized fund accounting and operational project management, playing a key role in the Firm's ongoing financial transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- The ability to speak the language of both accounting and technology to execute engineering-driven projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the executive presence required to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Nice to have
- 7+ of experience in public accounting, private equity, or Fintech (specifically within wealth-tech or automated financial operations).
- Experience working within a fast-paced Fintech environment-particularly with investment partnership or fund administration-is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel and experience with modern data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to SQL or Python is a significant plus.
Compensation
- The role serves as a critical liaison between GP Services (GPS), Legal, Compensation, and Investor Relations.
