About the role
- This role requires prior forklift operation experience and involves loading, unloading, moving, staging, inspecting, and preparing stone and / or cabinetry materials for customer pickup or delivery.
- The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, physically capable of handling warehouse work, and committed to following safety procedures when working around heavy materials, warehouse equipment, customers, and team members.
Responsibilities
- Support inventory organization, labeling, material staging, and general warehouse workflow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Perform pre-use equipment checks and promptly report safety, maintenance, or equipment concerns to management.
- Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior forklift operation experience is required.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials up to 75 lbs, with team lift or equipment assistance as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
- Prior forklift experience is required for this role.
- The selected candidate must complete company-required forklift training, workplace-specific evaluation, and certification before independently operating forklift equipment.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Nice to have
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
Compensation
- $19.00 - $20.00 / hour (Based on experience and qualifications).
- Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate for all hours worked over 40 per week.

- Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment to move, stage, load, and unload heavy or oversized materials.
- Assist sales representatives and customers with viewing and selecting materials in the warehouse.
- Pull, pack, inspect, and prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage, missing items, quantity discrepancies, or other quality concerns.
