About the role

- The role blends hands-on trade work with team leadership, field reporting, and safety enforcement - providing a vital link between skilled craftworkers and project leadership while upholding EverGreene's reputation for excellence.

- EverGreene Architectural Arts is hiring a Foreperson to lead craftwork and field production on a restoration project in Washington, DC.
- Candidates who can travel may be eligible for work on other project sites throughout the US which could lead to full time status.

Requirements
- PPE is required.
- Working knowledge of restoration practices, with hands-on experience in at least one core craft (plaster, decorative painting, wallcovering installation, etc.).
- Familiarity with Procore or other construction documentation tools
Skills
- Complete daily paperwork, track crew hours, and report any delays, incidents, or field conditions using digital tools like Procore.
