About the role

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 12:00am and one Sunday per month 12pm-8pm The Office Services Associate is responsible for adding value in providing daily back office services for our client and teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform work in office services, primarily reprographics, intake functions according to established procedures.
- Performs Quality Assurance on own and work of others.
- Familiar with general back office procedures to meet and maintain client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills are required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
- Must be able to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
- Must be able to interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
- Must be self-motivated with positive can-do attitude.
Compensation
- $17k-$23k
