About the role
- This is a full-time, 40-hrs/wk, exempt position that will be working in our Keene, NH location.

Responsibilities
- Supervises and trains Direct Support Professionals, including but not limited to, providing initial orientation and trainings, assistance in meeting training requirements, bi-monthly day program visits, and bi-monthly supervisions.
- Supports and teaches, and monitors contract compliance of independent contractors, including, but not limited to, conducting bi-monthly site visits to the clients home and weekly phone contact.
- Teaches and reinforces appropriate client to client behavior, home provider, and direct support professionals through direct feedback, role-playing, and behavior modification techniques.
- Develops, implements, and coordinates use of protocols for program activities including: menu planning/grocery lists, menu and budget planning, along with other activities of daily living.
- Develops, maintains, schedules, and monitors respite for specific clients, including orientation of respite providers.
- Through delivering innovative programming and collaborating with community agencies, we provide hope and support to our clients as they make safe and successful transitions into their communities.
- The CJI team brings decades of experience developing evidence-based, data-driven policies, managing complex processes with diverse stakeholders, and driving systems-level organizational change.
- We offer a holistic approach by working to connect clients to basic needs and offering support to create change and increase stronger coping and life skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- 1-2 years' supervisory experience preferred.
- Human Services experience preferred.

- Participation in annual Individual Service Plan meetings.
