About the role
- Location: Windward Clubhouse, HI Position Type: Part-Time | Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday–Friday (30 hours/week) Compensation: $20.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships and serve as a strong role model within the Club and community
- Encourage participation and create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
- Support program events, outreach efforts, and family engagement opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality programming
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred
