Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery
- Technical Oversight: Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives
- This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.
- You'll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals.

- Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives
Requirements
- Licensed Land Surveyor (required)
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)
- At least 6-10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight
- Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying

Compensation
- $100,000 - $145,000
- Competitive Compensation packages
- Annual bonuses, spot bonuses and peer recognition awards
