About the role
- Help future coaches find the right path.
- Others are experienced coaches looking to deepen their expertise.
- As a Certification Advisor, you'll be the trusted guide who helps prospective students navigate those decisions.
Responsibilities
- Answer detailed questions about our programs, curriculum, coaching methodology, career opportunities, and what it's like to build a coaching practice.
- Develop thoughtful follow-up strategies that help prospective students continue moving confidently through their decision-making process.
- Share recurring customer questions and insights with our Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to continuously improve how we support prospective students.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, communication templates, predefined replies, and knowledge resources.
- Confidently support prospective students across all Precision Nutrition certifications, courses, and coaching offerings.
- Independently manage conversations from first inquiry through enrollment.
- Build strong working relationships across Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every prospective student.
- Build trust quickly through empathy, curiosity, and active listening.
