About the role
- This position is ideal for an early-career professional interested in Federal Government Business Development, Capture Management, Growth Operations, Sales Operations, or Account Management.
- The candidate must reside within the continental US.
- Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement history, briefing materials, gate reviews, Black Hat sessions, and capture planning activities.
Responsibilities
- You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, Solution Architects, and executive leadership while gaining exposure to the entire federal business development lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline information within Salesforce CRM.
- Develop executive reports, dashboards, pipeline analytics, and business development metrics to support leadership decision-making.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, curiosity, initiative, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Additional Qualifications Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Power BI, GovWin, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, or other federal market intelligence tools is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Power BI, GovWin, SAM.gov, USAspending.gov, or other federal market intelligence tools is preferred.
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies to improve research and operational efficiency is a plus.
