include: Primary goal will be to develop realistic cost estimates with known GR&As and risks that meet cost targets.
Manages pricing, subcontracts, and other contributors to create a compliant Cost Volume.
Establish guidance to BOE leads and consolidate input to ensure a consistent and compliant approach
Working together with people from many backgrounds, personal passions and disciplines, we share a drive to push the boundaries of science, technology and engineering to meet the ever evolving needs of our customers worldwide.

OR a Master's degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 10 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering
or a Ph.D. (STEM) AND 8 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Top Secret Security Clearance
Needs to have breadth of Avionics Mission Processing and Communication system experience to understand scope/tasks and cost bases and estimating methods across the entire program.
Needs to have the ability to work across sectors and teammates to review IWO estimates and subcontract proposals.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a
U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
$152,900.00 - $229,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
