Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for providing strategic planning, portfolio management, and implementation support to ensure delivery of Medicaid program mandates and value driving initiatives.
- This resource will partner with teams and leaders across the enterprise to translate requirements into actionable business plans, influence prioritization efforts, negotiate project estimates, monitor progress toward goals, and ensure successful execution of complex concepts.
Requirements
- ability to accept direction and feedback
- Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization
- Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends
- Experience interpreting business and financial information
- Experience with changing assignments and priorities
- PC proficiency to include MS Office products
- Bachelor Degree and 3 years' experience OR 7 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry experience
- Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback
- Health insurance or healthcare industry experience

Compensation
- The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience.
- This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
- $55,900.00 - $123,500.00
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
