Facilitate project governance, including executive steering committees, status meetings, risk management, issue resolution, and decision tracking.

Own the full implementation lifecycle from Sales handoff through production deployment, stabilization, and transition to ongoing support.
Develop comprehensive implementation strategies, project plans, timelines, risk mitigation plans, and communication plans that align customer objectives with business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Engineering, Product Management, Account Management Sales, Marketing, Support, Security, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
Drive customer adoption by helping organizations understand implementation strategies, operational workflows, and change management best practices.
Identify implementation risks, technical dependencies, and organizational challenges while proactively developing mitigation strategies.
Mentor Implementation Project Leads by sharing best practices, providing project guidance, and supporting onboarding and professional development.
In 6 months… Independently lead moderate to highly complex customer implementations from project kickoff through production deployment.
Successfully manage multiple concurrent implementations across different products and customer types.
Lead executive customer meetings while effectively managing project scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
Successfully lead enterprise, statewide, and technically complex implementations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.

5+ years of experience leading customer-facing implementations, enterprise project management, consulting, or client delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, schedule, risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority while leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution while managing multiple competing priorities.
Proficiency with project management platforms (Cloud Coach, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrate proficiency using project management tools, documentation standards, and implementation workflows.
