Responsibilities
- Participates in all phases of the requirements lifecycle for small to moderately complex programs and projects, with the ability to take the lead on ambiguous, high-impact content management efforts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and analyze data to drive decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise content management or document management platforms (e.g., ImageRight, FileNet, DocEx) and associated content migration efforts.
- Background in records management, content governance, retention, or related compliance frameworks.
- Background in Property & Casualty Insurance.
