- Serving municipalities and contractors across Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Opens work orders as directed by the Service Ops Manager and maintains control until they are closed & invoiced Prepare field service repair orders for billing purposes Maintains service schedules Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Field Service Department Maintains the Field Service library with current information (files bulletins, manuals, multi-media, etc.).
- Summary of the Position Best Equipment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Service Advisor to support our Field Service Department.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Nice to have
- General understanding of mechanical or technical terminology preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
