Responsibilities
- Learn the JCI Business System and support plants to meet and exceed KPIs
- Optimize daily production, ensuring smooth operations through efficiency analysis, scheduling analysis, and evaluating cycle times
- Implement measures to minimize waste
- Johnson Controls also provides full relocation support for each rotation.
- To support an efficient and fair hiring process, we may use technology assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), to help identify and evaluate candidates.
Requirements
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Compensation
- $73,000-80,000/year (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package.
