Responsibilities
- You'll own the roadmap for revenue-generating features and user acquisition initiatives - working at the intersection of Product Management, Ad Sales, and Marketing to maximize yield, grow our addressable audience, and build the in-app experiences that make both possible.
- You're fluent in the language of Ad Sales and Marketing, capable of translating stakeholder goals into product requirements that Engineering can deliver, and users will embrace.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing ad product requirements, acquisition campaign needs, platform capabilities, and delivery timelines to ensure the team always works on the highest-revenue-impact features.
- Maintain a healthy backlog with minimal carryover.
- Partner with Marketing to design and interpret A/B tests on acquisition flows, registration prompts, and conversion funnels.
Requirements
- You understand how ad-supported streaming products make money - and you know that the best monetization solutions do not compromise the viewing experience.

Skills
- MS 365 Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Deep knowledge and proficiency with the following:
- Atlassian products: Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence
- UX/UI tools: Figma
- Analytics: Amplitude or equivalent
- Experimentation: LaunchDarkly or equivalent

Compensation
- $110,000 - $140,000 USD
