About the role

  • Reports To: T he Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm Be the First Impression.
  • This role goes beyond traditional reception - it's about creating moments that feel thoughtful, seamless, and memorable.

Responsibilities

  • Create Exceptional First Impressions
  • Conduct floor walks to maintain cleanliness, organization, and stocked supplies
  • Manage visitor registration and meeting room bookings using workplace technology
  • Collaborate and Deliver Seamless Support
  • Partner with Workplace Experience and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional reception environment
  • We're seeking a dynamic, service-driven Concierge Associate to serve as the face of the office and create unforgettable first impressions.
  • As the first point of contact for colleagues, clients, guests, and vendors, you will deliver a welcoming, elevated, and personalized experience.

  • SPS team members may use transcription or note-taking technology solely to support accurate interview documentation.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to lift/move up to 40-60 lbs. (with cart assistance)
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work assigned schedules
  • Manual dexterity to operate office equipment

Nice to have

  • 1-2+ years of client-facing or hospitality experience preferred

Compensation

  • $40k-$60k
