Responsibilities
- Lead a large, enterprise-wide capital program focused on data platform modernization.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions.
- Manage global, cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale data and technology initiatives.
- Partner closely with Data Engineering, Enterprise Data, Architecture, Product, and Business teams.
- Drive communication and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.
- Orion delivers game-changing business transformation and product development rooted in digital strategy, experience design, and engineering, with a unique combination of agility, scale, and maturity.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale IT and data transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
- Extensive experience with Jira and Agile project management tools.
- Strong data acumen and the ability to engage effectively with technical data teams.
Nice to have
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Commercial business experience, particularly within data-driven organizations.
- Experience working with Enterprise Data teams and Data Engineering organizations.
- Prior experience leading cloud-based data modernization and analytics initiatives.
