About the role
- You'll help lay the foundation for humanity's future.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Identify and report tooling wear, quality issues, or machine malfunctions to the lead or supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records, and support the team as the shop transitions to a new aerospace-capable facility.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of CNC operating experience OR completion of a machining/vocational training program in lieu of experience.
- Working knowledge of reading blueprints, work orders, and basic G-code.
- Applicants must be eligible to obtain any required export authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in an aerospace or defense manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with basic CNC setup, tooling, or CAD/CAM software.
- Travel, Physical and Government Mandated Requirements
- Minimal travel expected
- Ability to lift, move, or carry items or equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- use of personal protective equipment required.

Compensation
- The good faith base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $28.00 an hour at the time of this posting.
- This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
