About the role
- This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring best-in-class daily operations within the El Paso Distribution Center while fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, develop, and motivate a team of warehouse associates and team leads.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, attendance, workload balancing, and manpower planning.
- Support team engagement initiatives and help drive a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with customer service, quality, buyers, planners, transportation providers, and other internal stakeholders to support operational excellence.
- Maintain overall building conditions including cleanliness, organization, product storage, security, and damage prevention.
- Promote and maintain a zero-incident safety culture.
- Support 5S and continuous improvement activities throughout the warehouse.
- Drive process improvements that reduce waste, improve productivity, and enhance service levels.
- Participate in and support improvement events and operational projects.

Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move boxes and warehouse product throughout the workday.

- Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, cross-dock, inventory control, replenishment, and kitting activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Coordinate appointments for inbound and outbound freight activities.
- Ensure all loads are properly prepared, secured, and shipped on time.
- Review warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer service.
