Responsibilities
- Responsible for leadership and management and supervision of contractor employees, manage daily operations, and serve as the single point of contact for the contract.
- Responsible for overall administrative support that is strategic and matches the speed and quality needed to uphold the requirements of a fast-paced Front Office environment.
- Responsible for development of new and innovative presentations, materials and speeches in support of engagements and events across different venues.
- We specialize in systems engineering, advanced analytics, R&D programs, and strategic advisory support.
- Our clients - including NASA, DoD, HHS, DHS, and other civil and national security agencies - rely on us to drive mission success and accelerate innovation.
- The Contract Program Manager will provide overall contract management, customer interaction, milestone and deliverable accomplishment, engineering support and business process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in related field such as management, business and/or engineering
- 10 years of demonstrated relevant experience is required
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Coordinate and manage execution of senior staff visits in alignment with defined workflows, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on schedule.
Nice to have
- Master's degree is preferred in related field such as management, business and/or engineering
- PMP certification is preferred
- Technical and analytic understanding of Milcom & PNT satellite and ground systems
- Employment is contingent upon contract award.
