About the role
- In addition, the position will provide leadership and guidance to the APQP team through training, mentoring, and standardization.
Responsibilities
- Perform all essential functions and duties defined for an Advanced Product Quality Planning Coordinator for the plant in which they are located.
- Develop standards of work as needed to ensure APQP Coordinator team is functioning homogenously across all facilities.
- Perform training or develop improvement plans to level the competence of the team members.
- Analyze APQP processes to drive continuous improvement through value assessment.
- Develop and maintain standardized metrics to report to the Quality LT, DLT, and ELT on accuracy and performance of the APQP team.
- Ability to read blueprints and determine design requirements form related specification.

Requirements
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must have the ability to conduct meetings
Nice to have
- Diploma in Quality control and/or Management preferred.
