About the role
- We are scaling a global engineering-led company operating at the intersection of AI, vision systems, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting across all roles and geographies
- Build and manage a small internal recruiting team
- Individually own recruiting expansions in new geographies or for senior roles
- Manage multiple external recruiting agencies globally and decide on how to work with agencies effectively longer term
- Design scalable recruiting processes, tools, and reporting
- Partner closely with the CEO and key leadership (COO, CTO, Sales lead, APAC lead) on hiring strategy
- Drive hiring plans tied to headcount goals and budgets
- Maintain hiring quality and cultural alignment as the company scales
- Proven ability to lead a small recruiting team and external partners
Requirements
- Experience scaling headcount rapidly (e.g., 1→10, 10→100, or similar)
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting in technical domains (engineering, hardware, AI, manufacturing, automation)
- High-impact role with direct leadership partnership - this is not a typical HR role, recruiting is one of our most critical bottlenecks to enable growth
