Responsibilities
- Provide factory support by working with existing production processes and equipment.
- Identify and implement effective manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment to meet build requirements.
- Support repair efforts for defective conditions on aircraft.
- Identify & Drive process improvements in cost, quality and schedule.
- Maintain daily collaboration with shop personnel.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of PHL paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, masking engineering/specifications.
- Level 3: Six (6) or more years' hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.
- Level 4: Ten (10) or more years' hands-on experience supporting paint, chemical, sealant, adhesive, coatings, and/or tape processes in Ridley Park Production.
Nice to have
- Experience with process improvement implementation in production areas.
- Experience implementing manufacturing technologies, tools and equipment.
- Experience referencing engineering drawings, specifications, departures utilizing REDARS, PSDS, and IPDM.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.

Compensation
- Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000
- Level 4: $98,000 - $175,000
