About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Smart Apps team and help shape the next generation of enterprise insurance technology.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and implementation support.
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise applications.
Create interactive prototypes that rapidly validate concepts and improve product-market fit.
Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
Champion human-centered design principles and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, design reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
Collaborate on innovative initiatives involving AI, intelligent automation, ServiceNow orchestration, and emerging technologies.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong user-centered perspective.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and impactful work on enterprise or complex SaaS products.

Requirements

7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
Experience designing data-rich, workflow-driven enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
Experience working within Agile product development teams.
Proven ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Nice to have

Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, automation platforms, or intelligent enterprise applications.
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms.
Experience with Claude Code, Figma MCP Server, or other AI-assisted design and development tools.
