About the role
- We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Smart Apps team and help shape the next generation of enterprise insurance technology.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, visual design, and implementation support.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Agile teams to design intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise applications.
- Create interactive prototypes that rapidly validate concepts and improve product-market fit.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across products.
- Champion human-centered design principles and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility.
- Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, design reviews, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Collaborate on innovative initiatives involving AI, intelligent automation, ServiceNow orchestration, and emerging technologies.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong user-centered perspective.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and impactful work on enterprise or complex SaaS products.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience designing data-rich, workflow-driven enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Experience working within Agile product development teams.
- Proven ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

Nice to have
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, automation platforms, or intelligent enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar enterprise workflow platforms.
- Experience with Claude Code, Figma MCP Server, or other AI-assisted design and development tools.
