About the role
- The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting recruiting operations and delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- This position serves as the primary point of contact for temporary staffing agencies, coordinates interviews and onsite candidate visits, and assists with recruiting efforts for production and hourly positions at the local facility.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and temporary labor partners
- Manage and coordinate the temporary employee process, including communication with agencies, candidate tracking, onboarding coordination, and follow-up
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure recruiting data is accurate and up to date
- Support hiring managers with interview coordination, candidate communication, and recruiting process updates
- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition team members to support recruiting projects and process improvements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems preferred
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous recruiting, HR coordination, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Experience working with staffing agencies or high-volume hiring environments is a plus
- Experience supporting career fairs, hiring events, or community recruiting initiatives preferred
