About the role

  • Mailroom Operations: • Process outgoing shipments, including FedEx and other carriers. • Assist with large mailings, shipments. • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Print Requests/Fleet Management: • Process print and reprographics requests. • Check and submit service requests for all printers.
  • Pantry Maintenance: • Conduct scheduled pantry sweeps. • Restock pantry supplies. • Monitor and order pantry supplies.

  • SPS team members may use transcription or note-taking technology solely to support accurate interview documentation.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
  • Advise office team when and what reordering /replenishment is required in a written format.
  • You certify that you have not knowingly withheld any information that might affect your chances for hiring.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of shipping processes, particularly FedEx (preferred but not required).

Skills

  • Familiarity with basic office software, including Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, print production, or mailroom operations.
  • Good organizational skills, comfortable with paperwork, recording keeping, note taking.
  • Our company uses the Greenhouse applicant tracking system, which does not apply AI in these parts of the hiring process.
