Responsibilities
- Partnering with IAM stakeholders to establish strong governance and maintain a high quality of service.
- Manage the IAM operations team of direct reports, including scheduling organized training, performance management, and resource allocation.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve IAM controls to ensure secure and efficient access management across scope of systems
- Implement as well as enforce policies and procedures for ongoing user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Coordinate with IT, security, and business areas to support audits, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Respond to incidents and support troubleshooting activities related to identity and access management concerns.
- The IAM Operations Manager leads daily team responsibilities to ensure consistent authorization and fulfillment of user access requests to core bank systems and data.
- This role manages IAM Operations and Services staff members, ongoing processes, IAM standards, and works with Security leadership as well as business stakeholders to maintain compliance and in direct support of the bank's strategic goals.
- Finally, partnering with stakeholders across IT and non IT departments in the ongoing support of defined IAM strategies.
- Maintain staffing requirements to manage work intake and team performance against defined SLOs/SLAs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Information Security.

Compensation
- $125,825.00 - $221,275.00
- The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
